Medical Law International is an international peer reviewed journal that seeks to address new and emerging issues in medical law, medical and bioethics, and health governance around the world. The journal has a strong emphasis on international and comparative trends in law and medicine, and the Editors welcome new papers that fall within the aims and scope of the journal. This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
